About the Role
Phizio is looking for a passionate and patient-centric Consultant Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. The selected candidate will assess patients, develop evidence-based treatment plans, guide rehabilitation programs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve the best clinical outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physiotherapy assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Treat neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, post-operative, sports injury, geriatric, and chronic pain patients.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding home exercise programs and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain treatment protocols and SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in developing rehabilitation packages.
- Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.
- Maintain equipment and treatment area hygiene.
Business Development
- Build referral relationships with consultants and hospitals.
- Participate in health camps, awareness programs, workshops, and corporate wellness activities.
- Support community outreach initiatives.
- Promote preventive healthcare and rehabilitation services.
